QMM was established in 2002 to market a new credit card for a major Canadian retailer. In a very short period of time, operations were established from coast to coast. We work with our client, as an integral part of their organization, following our core belief of a strong commitment to integrity. With our extensive experience in direct, face-to-face marketing, we have developed a specialized and professional staff in the areas of management, training and monitoring of programs. Our services focus on providing our clients with the resources to collect information directly from their current or potential customers, at their location or locations that may be available elsewhere. This includes surveys, distribution of marketing (collateral) information/material, mystery shopping, and other needs our clients may have that require the collection and reporting of information, on site. In the past person to person interaction was generally paper based which left the door open for illegible, incomplete applications, and potential fraudulent information. QMM embraces technology, therefore to replace the paper process we developed a number of wireless electronic programs to be used in client requested locations. What separates QMM from other credit application programs and person to person marketing companies is that our Electronic Customer Interaction application was developed by users for users. In 2007 we launched an electronic credit card process for one of our major clients and virtually eliminated the paper application. We continue to enhance and introduce new programs based on input from clients and field sales staff. QMM sales staff now process 99.7%25 of all applications electronically. Customer acceptance has been strong and over 400,000 applications have been processed since the initial introduction. QMM has the ability to provide mobile instant secure transmission of customer information along with applicable reporting and monitoring.

Surveys No Customized Survey is too big or too small. It can stand by itself or added to another promotion (i.e. Credit Card Application. QMM offers services ranging from a paper based one question survey, to a multiple question electronic survey. Our Customer Interaction application was developed to make it as functional and user friendly as possible. Our objective was to create custom programs for our clients that would not just provide the necessary information but provide functionality and mobility where required. It is also very important that there was acceptance from both staff and customers alike during the sales experience. Generating over 400,000 applications, sales staff and customers alike have shown comfort and acceptance of our application process.

Our technology is used to gather information quickly and efficiently and/or to monitor all users. All devices used have the capabilities to send data wirelessly to any desired secure location. Programs that have sensitive private information are secure with encryption meeting or exceeding industry requirements. Speed in taken information is essential in a person to person environment thus we have included swipe technology to be used in areas where the same is permitted. Mandatory fields and field edits contribute to the accurate and complete information. Government requirements such as approved identification under the Anti Money Laundering Act have been incorporated into applications that require the same. Whether it be a credit card application, account opening, survey, questionnaire or just taking information in general we can develop a program to suit your needs. Simplicity is not the only benefit to using our program.
How we do it
Our technology uses both mobile and fixed customer friendly devices to collect information and send it quickly and securely to our clients and/or our internal servers.
Access to use any device is password controlled with authentication by connecting to our data centre. Our high capacity servers are located in a secure offsite location, with 24/7 backup. Not all services will require the collection of confidential customer and/or company information. However, if the need is present, data is safe and secure with our secure firewalls and 192-bit encryption.
All devices use touch screen technology, along with swipe technology to read, driver’s licenses, credit cards and other cards with mag stripes. We are currently working to expand this to include the reading of bar codes.
